B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- Experience with GC-MS, HPLC, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of chemical properties and interactions of fragrance ingredients.
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic lab software.
- Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in the formulation of fragrances for use in perfumes, personal care, household, or industrial products.
- Evaluate raw materials and fragrance blends for stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Prepare and test sample formulations based on project briefs and customer requirements.
- Work with perfumers and R&D teams to refine and optimize formulations.
- Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation for all test results and formulations.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues in fragrance products.
- Collaborate with the production team to scale up formulations from lab to manufacturing level.
- Monitor batch consistency and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide technical support during production trials and troubleshooting.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
- Stay updated on IFRA guidelines, REACH regulations, and other international standards related to fragrance ingredients.
