Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Plan and design seasonal menus catering to guests' dietary needs.
∎ 2. Prepare and cook high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and hygiene.
∎ 3. Source fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
∎ 4. Supervise and train kitchen staff for efficient operations.
∎ 5. Gather guest feedback to improve culinary offerings and accommodate special requests.
∎ 6. Plan catering for events and experiment with new recipes to enhance the menu.
