Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
∎ Cooking food in a timely manner.
∎ Delegating tasks to kitchen staff.
∎ Ensuring appealing plate presentation.
∎ Slightly modifying recipes to meet client's needs and requests.
∎ Checking freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
∎ Experimenting with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
∎ Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
∎ Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
∎ Must arrange necessary pre requirements for food preparation.
∎ Must have well maintained and presentable hands.
∎ Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
∎ Excellent time management abilities.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
∎ Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
