Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a candidate who possesses expertise in both Bangladeshi and Continental cuisines.
∎ This candidate should be capable of managing large-scale bulk cooking as well as ala carte kitchen operations.
∎ Note: Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times and to ensure that junior members of the team are aware of and follow those standards
∎ To demonstrate proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment
∎ Ensure that full uniform is worn at all times
∎ To support and adhere to the equal opportunities policy of the company
∎ • Have a good knowledge of Bangladeshi and Continental cuisines
∎ To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position in an efficient and productive manner
∎ Be able to supervise and manage a shift in the absence of the Head Chef
∎ Lead and support the junior members of the team
∎ Ability to produce own work by a deadline
∎ Must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands-on, and provide on-the-job training to associates to meet the set standards

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role as a Chef De Parties.
∎ Prior experience in central kitchens, specifically in bulk cooking, and a background in ala carte kitchen management within various settings such as standalone restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) is highly desirable. Knowledge of beverage & dessert preparation would be considered an additional advantage
∎ Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours as per job requirements.
∎ Basic food preparation certificate (advantage)
∎ Good communication skills.
