Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese and Thai dishes along with a variety of fast-food items.

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.

• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.

• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.

• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.

• Create new menu items and contribute to menu development.

• Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.

Rio Terra Live Kitchen is seeking a skilled, experienced, and committed Chef specializing in Chinese, Thai, and Fast-Food cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, maintain high standards of hygiene and quality, and be able to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
