Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A. Prepare traditional Chinese meals using techniques such as wok cooking, steaming, braising, and stir-frying.
∎ B. Innovate and update the menu with authentic and modern Chinese dishes.
∎ C. Ensure dishes are well-balanced in flavor, texture, and presentation.
∎ D. Select and utilize high-quality raw materials, sauces, and spices.
∎ E. Maintain proper hygiene and ensure ingredients are stored appropriately.
∎ F. Keep the kitchen clean and organized in compliance with food safety standards.
∎ G. Follow and promote hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
∎ H. A respectful, cooperative, and safety-focused work environment.
∎ I. Yearly or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
