Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience in Cake & Pastry, Savory/Fast Food, or Cookies production

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Team-oriented with a positive and disciplined attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, baking, cooking, and finishing of items as per department standards

• Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines

• Support daily production planning to meet outlet and customer demand

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients and finished products

• Assist in minimizing wastage and maintaining cost control

• Support senior chefs during peak hours and special orders

• Comply with company policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety regulations
