Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an all round developer / Python developer that likes working for a scale-up company and loves to work in a team of multiple nationalities spread over multiple countries.
∎ Bright-River provides Visual Content services to the larger e-commerce and retail companies around the world. Our 2D and 3D visual experts deliver product visual content daily using our in-house developed platform and applications. We are spread across our offices in Chennai, The Netherlands, and Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a member of the 3D development team you will be responsible for contributing to improvements in managing and maintaining our client platform, backend operations, application development and the creating and maintaining of scripting for our various 3D programs.
∎ You will do this by designing, building, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing, and maintaining the various applications, scripts and software solutions that we use or will use.
∎ A few of the task you'd either own or contribute towards:
∎ Lead, design, build, deploy and document the scripting and automation tasks required for our workflows.
∎ Working together with product owners and team leads to discuss requirements and explain the processes.
∎ Contribute to the development and operations of our in-house applications and scripting needs.
∎ Ensure that new systems, scripting and automation is readable, reliable and performant.
∎ Assist the 3D team with any scripting that is needed for their daily tasks.
∎ Work with developers to influence design, development and deployment for our in house applications.
∎ Support team members and stakeholders in troubleshooting system issues.
∎ You feel the ownership of the code you develop and help operate.
∎ You will build, own and run the applications with the team.
∎ You have a DevOps mindset: Database engineering work with well-known frameworks and monitoring solutions - as well as helping to break down barriers between siloed teams. Our aim is to automate everything possible by current technology.
∎ You are a master with data driven decisions over gut feelings and assumptions. This shows in your analytical skill set.
∎ Ability to communicate with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds in different offices around the world.
∎ Our technology team is based in Bangladesh, Chennai and The Netherlands.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert knowledge of Python and extended experience with MaxScript.
∎ Should be able to convert MEL (Maya) scripts to 3ds Max.
∎ Good knowledge of Django, Flask or similar Python frameworks.
∎ Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, and
∎ CSS3.
∎ You can write effective and scalable Python scripts, design and implement
∎ robust applications, debug applications to ensure low-latency and
∎ high-availability.
∎ Accommodating various data storage solutions (Azure preferable).
