Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans for real estate business.
∎ Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient, and timely manner, thus adding value to the company business.
∎ Meet sales, collection targets and ensure proper communication with customers.
∎ Developed high-level relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Oversee business operations across the Company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
∎ Ensure the Company budgets and plans are implemented effectively through the coordination with various Department heads.
∎ Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the Company, while ensuring that concerned parties including the Board, customers, and staff are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
∎ Give a direction to the process of culture building and re-enforcement and actively support the HR function in establishing an appropriate, professional, and people-friendly culture and work environment within the company.
