  • Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in NGOs, development organizations, or public service institutions.
  • Strong moral compass, transparency, and commitment to public service.
  • Proven ability to lead under pressure and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in reporting, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation.


Responsibilities & Context:

July Shahid Smriti Foundation is a nonprofit organization led by Nobel Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus. JSSF was founded to honor the martyrs of the JULY-AUGUST Mass Uprising. Now we are looking for a dedicated, honest, experienced, and skilled professional to join our team as Chief Executive Officer(CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities

  • CEOs
  • Provide strategic leadership and manage the overall operations of the Foundation.
  • Oversee and evaluate all programs related to injured and martyr families.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with national and international stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial transparency, including budgeting, reporting, and donor engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and volunteer teams across the country.
  • Represent the Foundation in public, media, and high-level meetings.
  • Prepare reports, policy briefs, and strategic recommendations for government and partners.
  • Maintain the integrity and reputation of the Foundation during any crisis or controversy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and partners.
  • Lead fundraising and development efforts
  • Ensure financial sustainability and program alignment with the mission
  • COOs
  • Overs daily operations, HR, Finance, and compliance
  • Translate strategic goals into an actionable plan
  • Build internal systems to support growth and efficiency
  • Support the CEO and board in organizational reporting and accountability
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance


Job Other Benifits:
    Remuneration Negotiable based on experience and mutual agreement.
