Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • Capacity for resource mobilization and ability to explore new funding opportunities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement program strategies that align with CCDA`s mission and goals.

  • Supervise the proper implementation of the overall activities of the responsible Zone, Regions, Areas & Branches.

  • Support and guide Deputy Directors (Program), Assistant Directors (Program), Area Managers and the microfinance team.

  • Oversee the management and administration of the Microfinance and Microenterprise Program.

  • Prepare the financial annual business plan and submit to the authority.

  • Analyze different situations in fields and provide support to the local field management to take further decisions.

  • Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of program operations.

  • Prepare performance reports, and audit responses timely.

  • Foster and maintain positive and collaborative professional relationships with Deputy & Assistant Directors, Area & Branch Managers and all field-level staff.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, NGOs.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative microfinance products and services.

  • Ensure Excellent organizational and team management capability.

  • Ensure achievement of portfolio growth, recovery, savings, and sustainability targets.

  • Develop staff for operating the Microfinance program through training, orientation, knowledge sharing, motivation, mentoring etc.

  • Maintain compliance with MRA/PKSF policies and organizational standards.
