∎ Must possess expertise in multi-cuisine preparation.
∎ Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring high-quality food production.
∎ Supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
∎ Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and inventory management.
∎ 2. Commis Chef: Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation tasks.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
∎ Learn and develop skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
∎ Educational Qualifications:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field from a recognized institute.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ CDP: Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
∎ DCDP: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
∎ Commis Chef: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
