∎ Diploma in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the Control Room.
∎ Follow protocols in maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities.
∎ Ensure proper CCTV surveillance covers the whole factory area.
∎ Operate a range of remote calls, alarms and communication facilities within the Control Room.
∎ Take instant action and fix CCTV cameras & associated equipment if there is any interruption in the CCTV surveillance system.
∎ Report any unusual incidents immediately to the concerned authority.
∎ Maintain records of every incident and event in the daily log book.
∎ Provide recorded media to authorized personnel if needed.
∎ Develop the quality of CCTV Surveillance Service and Control Room working practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good hand in Microsoft office package.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good reporting skills.
