Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build strong relationships with current partners to foster retention and repeat business.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meetings, networking, and follow-up.
∎ Collaborate with senior management on new ideas. Educate clients on the value of our offerings and how we can add value and prestige to their programs.
∎ Generate catering revenue from local revenue hotbeds like Motijheel offices, NBR offices.
∎ Create liaison with sport federations.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
∎ Contribute market insights and ideas that lead to measurable growth.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

∎ As our Catering Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining key partnerships that drive revenue. This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of a handshake, knows how to build trust, and doesn’t need to be reminded what a sales target is—or why it matters. Because you're a one-man sales machine, with your eyes on the target, getting goals by the deadline is what you do, day-in day-out. You have a relentless drive — ready to annihilate past sales record and walk away with a record performance pay day in the process.

∎ You’ll work directly with our consultant to give our rivals some sleepless nights, because that's how you grow a business. If they're sweating, it means we're working. You'll dive in like a falcon with razor sharp talon with your eye on the target — zero in on new clients and bring them on board with laser sharp execution. You will work with current clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the excellence of our brand and opens the door to new business opportunities like a factory machine, never ending, never resting.
