Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day catering operations across multiple sites and event locations
∎ Plan, organize, and manage all catering services including menu planning, food preparation, delivery, and staff coordination
∎ Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards
∎ Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, logistics, and service teams
∎ Maintain cost control and manage budgets for catering events
∎ Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
∎ Liaise with clients to customize menus and ensure high levels of satisfaction
∎ Lead, train, and motivate catering teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
∎ Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
