∎ About us:
∎ The Cash Transfer Assistant will be responsible for managing the cash transfer component of the WFP project. She/he will work other project team member and finance officer to ensure the project participants receive cash as per their entitlement, following Christian Aid`s SOP on cash transfer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Field team for preparing CFW attendance and field monitoring
∎ Preparing master rolls and crosschecking at field level
∎ CFW participant list verification and attendance monitoring
∎ CFW cash distribution related document preparation and cash distribution Reporting
∎ Any other task assigned by the Project Manger

Additional Requirements:
∎ CT Assistant reports to Cash Distribution Support Officer and will be responsible for management of cash component of the project with the support of other members in the team. He/she liaise with finance department and programme unit to ensure all participants are receiving accurate amount of cash as per their entitlement.
∎ Able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding, experience and practice of humanitarian values and principles and able to motivate others to achieve results in complex situations without much supervision
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in cash transfer activities
∎ Demonstrated understanding of the phases of humanitarian response, Disaster Risk Reduction, response and recovery
∎ Experience of implementing day to day camp activities and working closely with communities
∎ Ability to understand the needs of the communities and safeguarding their interests
∎ Ability to take into account the needs, skills, capacities and experience of crisis-affected people and apply these in the response
∎ Understanding of own role and that of Christian Aid and others within the humanitarian system
∎ Experience of working with WFP funded project

Salary:
∎ BDT 710,760.00 gross per annum
