Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, assess, and provide case management to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and other vulnerable groups.
∎ Ensure confidentiality, dignity, and survivor-centered support in all interactions.
∎ Create and follow up on individual case plans and ensure appropriate documentation.
∎ Refer clients to medical, legal, shelter, psychosocial, and livelihood services as required.
∎ Maintain updated referral pathways and build effective relationships with service providers.
∎ Participate in coordination meetings with GBV, protection, and health partners.
∎ Keep accurate and timely documentation and case files.
∎ Submit monthly case reports and success stories.
∎ Conduct awareness sessions on GBV prevention, available services, and protection issues.
∎ Engage with community leaders and stakeholders to improve access to services.
∎ Ensure compliance with safeguarding, PSEA, and child protection standards.
∎ Promptly report any concerns or incidents as per organizational policy.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Case Officer will support vulnerable women and girls by providing survivor-centered case management, psychosocial support, and referral services. The position will be based at the Multipurpose Women Center (MPWC), ensuring access to a safe and inclusive environment for service delivery.
∎ Responsibilities:
