∎ Strong facilitation and communication skills.

∎ A deep understanding of women’s rights, gender equality, and GBV issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and assess cases of women and girls needing psychosocial support or protection services.
∎ Provide survivor-centered case management services, ensuring confidentiality, dignity, and safety.
∎ Develop and implement individual case plans, conduct regular follow-up, and update records.
∎ Refer clients to appropriate service providers (medical, legal, shelter, livelihood, etc.) and track referral outcomes.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of each case following organizational and donor guidelines.
∎ Establish trustful relationships with women and girls accessing the center.
∎ Provide emotional support and practical information to empower survivors.
∎ Facilitate group-based PSS sessions and awareness-raising activities.
∎ Maintain updated referral pathways and build strong networks with external service providers.
∎ Coordinate with GBV actors, health, protection, and legal service providers for holistic case support.
∎ Attend case management meetings and protection coordination forums as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and registers.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly reports, case studies, and data as required.
∎ Track progress and ensure quality standards in case handling.
∎ Participate in internal trainings and refresher courses on GBV, PSS, and safeguarding.
∎ Contribute to building capacity of volunteers and peer educators on protection and referral mechanisms.
∎ Participate in community outreach and awareness sessions to prevent GBV and promote available services.
∎ Help identify protection concerns and gaps through community feedback.
∎ Adhere to organizational safeguarding policies and ensure a safe environment.
∎ Report any safeguarding concerns or GBV incidents according to the protocol.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
∎ Job Purpose:
