∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Housekeeping
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cleaning the building or supervising a team of Cleaners
∎ Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles
∎ Inspecting the building, including lift, generator, water supply, heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order
∎ Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
∎ Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major repairs
∎ Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required
∎ Deal all external with courtesy and promptness at all times.
∎ Doing any other duties required by the owner

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Polite, well behaved, honest, proactive, energetic
∎ Strong attention to work
∎ No bad habits
