Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the Supervisor/ Assistant Manger F & B on duty;
∎ To report on duty according to the Duty Roster;
∎ To supervise the responsibilities of Waiter;
∎ To attend each and every Member and Guest coming to the Restaurant and serve them properly and perfectly up to their satisfaction;
∎ To remain in charge of a tables as per distribution in the Restaurant, during Prorammes and Banquets;
∎ To receive orders from the Members and Guests in the Restaurant, pass those to the Kitchen directly or through the Waiters concerned;
∎ To receive the prepared food from the Kitchen according to the orders placed and served to the respective Members and Guests;
∎ To ensure cleanliness of Restaurant, the Hall Room during programmes and Banquets and the programme areas during outdoor progammes;
∎ To prepare tables and ensure its cleanliness, take assistance of the Waiters if needed;
∎ To supervise the cleaning of the table after its use during dinner, lunch etc.
∎ To perform parcel sale as and when necessary;
∎ Receiving phone calls and taking orders and ensure delivery as per orders received;
∎ Report any important matter to the Supervisor/ Assistant Manger F & B for information and necessary action;
∎ Any other duty and responsibility as and when assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in any reputed restaurants as Captain.
∎ Training from Parjotan Corporation on Food & Beverage service will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
