Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise the Night Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed
∎ Assisting colleagues, steward management and culinary team to work to their greatest ability
∎ Assist with food safety compliance
∎ Assist with food production compliance
∎ Conduct training and retraining as necessary
∎ Maintain effective business relationship with staff
∎ Tour areas of responsibilities at least 2-4 times daily
∎ Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all kitchen and dish room equipment
∎ Familiarize yourself with Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas promote and comply with them

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proper chemical handling.
∎ Proper cleaning techniques.
