Job Context:
∎ As the lead Planner, will be responsible to execute strategic planning activities for all PGS Bangladesh sourcing at vendors across a broad spectrum of Apparel products supporting our seasonal buying calendar
∎ Will be responsible to assess capacity needs and mitigate risk to minimise delays
∎ Build a strong Capacity Planning Function across PGS and across its supply chain
∎ Develop the master Production Schedule (MPS)
∎ Look at methods of continual improvement to increase capacity while reduce lead times across the supply chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Drive the PGS business Objective
∎
∎ Drive and execute PGS Vision and Objectives for PGS to implement fact-based capacity planning
∎ Analyze vendors current capacity methods and constraints
∎ Prepare vendor capacity reports and work with management on required adjustments
∎ Vendor capacity monitoring to ensure demand and supply are met on time
∎ Organize, plan, and deliver training on the benefits of capacity planning through our supply chain, including sourcing teams and vendors.
∎ Lead the Country Capacity analysis and release the planned dates to the vendor
∎ Identify improvement opportunities with quantifiable business benefits to increase capacity
∎ Analyze data, reports, and process to improve the productivity and profitability of the operations through initiation and implementation of projects that optimize factory capacity capabilities
∎
∎ 2. Engage and cultivate Capacity Planning through Best Methods
∎
∎ Collaborate and drive benchmarking and best practices at all PGS suppliers
∎ Drive fact-based capacity planning, lead projects of change for the better
∎
∎ 3. Leadership -Coaching
∎
∎ Manage conflict across levels of organizations and the ability to effectively lead cross functional process improvement teams while mentoring/advising management on the formulation and implementation of the process improvement plans.
∎ Coach and mentor process owners and leaders on how to be accountable for sustainable results.
∎ Prepared to challenge the Status Quo
∎ Collaborator and the ability to work independently
