Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepared Organization program planning & implementation process.
∎ To Prepared Organizational quarterly and annual program report.
∎ To review time to time organizational policy, guideline & make observational report.
∎ To assist new project proposal writing & prepared activities plan.
∎ To maintain the organizational professional standard among the staff.
∎ To responsible for procurement process and quality ensure of all goods and inputs.
∎ To establish all financial controlling system among project and head office and review programmatic report.
∎ To conduct monthly staff meeting and attend donor/sector/Gov. coordination meeting dist.& upazila level.
∎ To prepare policy guideline and future program plan and budget.
∎ Coordinate M&E activities with the assigned targeted area management for effective implementation of the M&E system and produce quality M&E report.
∎ Capacity building of deferent level staffs and develop information system
∎ Devise a quality checking mechanism of information to prevent any deviation and cross check the data flow both at primary and secondary sources to ensure data reliability and accuracy
∎ Any other job assigned by the organization as per the qualification and as and when
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum ten years working experiences in humanitarian and/or development programs and in the relevant field with Local/National NGO;
∎ Required Competencies: Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc
Salary: Tk. 140000 (Monthly)
