Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall camp operations and catering services
Supervise kitchen, stewarding, and housekeeping teams
Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene standards
Prepare reports and coordinate with client/site management
Job Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of camp operations, catering, and hospitality management.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene & HACCP standards.
Ability to supervise & train kitchen and steward staff.
Basic computer skills for reporting & documentation.
Good English communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Physically fit and medically cleared for offshore/onshore duty
Valid Passport (CDC / Seaman Book required for offshore)
Ability to work in rotation or shift-based schedules
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Ready for immediate mobilization
