Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for energetic, smart, and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and social media.

  • Maintain customer database and call records.

  • Follow up with potential and existing customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary.
