- Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout calls
- Collect and update client information in CRM systems accurately
- Report daily call performance and feedback to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the team to improve communication strategies and call success rates
- Uphold data privacy and client confidentiality at all times
