  • Make outbound calls to international clients, mainly in the healthcare and education sectors
  • Follow provided communication scripts to engage leads and support clients
  • Clearly explain services, answer questions, and handle basic inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout calls
  • Collect and update client information in CRM systems accurately
  • Report daily call performance and feedback to the supervisor
  • Collaborate with the team to improve communication strategies and call success rates
  • Uphold data privacy and client confidentiality at all times
