Responsibilities & Context:
  • Expert in telemarketing and sales, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving results

  • Achieve the sales target as per the business plan.

  • Motivating and coaching call center executives to achieve their goals. Managing call center executive’s schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, provide support and solve queries regarding policy details, claims, and other services.

  • Hiring, training and developing call center executives.

  • Monitoring call center executive’s performance and providing feedback.

  • Analyzing call center data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales Reports.

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Implementing strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensuring that call center technology is functioning properly.

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues.

  • Setting and enforcing customer service standards.

  • Communicating effectively with call center executives, supervisors and other stakeholders.

  • Providing clear and concise instructions.

  • Data entry and record keeping.

  • Gather feedback from customers on their experience, identify opportunities for service improvement and escalate issues as needed.

  • Building strong relationships with team members and clients.

  • Must be smart with a positive attitude, proactive and result-oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as Claims, Underwriting, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience and relay any complex cases as required
