Job Responsibilities & Context:

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the operations of our business. Responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats professionally and courteously

• Addressing client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly

• Providing accurate information about products, services, or policies

• Recording and updating client interactions in the system

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service

• Adapting to new processes and tools as the company grows

This role requires a proactive, patient, and customer-focused individual who can work under supervision as well as independently.
