Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answer queries about internet plans, packages, and pricing
  • Help customers troubleshoot internet issues (no connection, slow speed, device not working)
  • Guide users through router setup
  • Log service complaints and create support tickets
  • Follow up with technical teams or customers
  • Help with new connection requests or plan upgrades
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues politely and efficiently
  • Explain terms of service, data usage policies, or outages
  • Assist customers with payment issues
  • Explain bill breakdowns or additional charges
  • Update payment records and send payment confirmations
  • Record all call information accurately in the system
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Other duties as assigned by the company
