Responsibilities & Context:

• Deal directly with customers through phone calls and face-to-face interactions.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Monitor overall system performance and network traffic; maintain network equipment.

• Provide technical support, identify problems and root causes, and deliver appropriate solutions.

• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

• Report incidents and critical issues instantly to supervisors and relevant team members.

• Ensure reliable and uninterrupted internet service for customers at all times.
