- Female candidates are preferable.
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Basic understanding of VoIP, Bulk SMS Service, call center solutions, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context: - Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and Facebook Messenger.
- Provide technical and non-technical support related to our products and services.
- Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track support tickets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
- Assist in troubleshooting VoIP, CRM, Bulk SMS and call center solutions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and support activities.
- Collect potential leads from Facebook Page, LinkedIn, and Google, and make cold calls to introduce our services.
