Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for experienced Agents/excellent English speakers for Australian owned marketplace and eCommerce business. This is unlike a short term third-party project or campaign therefore; you can plan on working here for a long time. The agents will be working completely with our own business products services to the merchants partly operating from Dhaka office to ensure the consistent and rapid growth of the company.

∎ Employment Status: Full-time (9 hours including 30 minutes of break)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make a large number of outbound calls to Australian merchants (eCommerce Retailers) to sell our products services
∎ Attend inbound phone calls, answer queries on products before purchase through email and web chat, do timely follow-ups and update data bases of queries made
∎ Able to work at Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST); Early Morning Shift in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) 4:00AM-1:00PM OCT-MAR || 5:00AM-2:00PM APR-SEP for employees who can reside and work at office in addition to 6:00AM-3:00PM OCT-MAR || 5:00AM-2:00PM APR-SEP for nonresident employees i.e. Accommodation facility available at office
∎ 10 days of unpaid training facilities will be given only for selected candidates

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ AUS/UK/US English pronunciation will get advantage
∎ Professional writing in English is required for email conversation with merchant
∎ Confident to take on challenges and fulfill sales targets
∎ Have mentality for work long duration otherwise no need to apply
∎ Must have excellent customer convincing power, if you think you can sale over phone please apply otherwise not
∎ Work knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook Mail
∎ No absenteeism and late allowed

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ 10,000 Fixed Basic (On Probation); plus Sales Commission per 1 Australian Dollar = 2 Bangladeshi Taka (An agent can earn BDT 10,000-30,000 additionally as sales commission per month) Negotiable if not interested in Sales Commission 6-12 months of probation period based on performance Payment within first 10 days of every month
