Experience:

Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Educate customers on the company`s various internet plans, packages, and promotions.
Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database system.
Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain quality service delivery.
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
