Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding internet services, billing inquiries, technical support, and general assistance.

  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Educate customers on the company`s various internet plans, packages, and promotions.

  • Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database system.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

  • Adhere to compliance regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development.
