Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct order confirmation calls to verify customer and order details.

  • Handle order-related inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.

  • Respond to customer queries across all social media platforms promptly.

  • Resolve complaints efficiently and coordinate with internal teams when needed.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
