Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coffee Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• HSC

HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent, at minimum.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coffee Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Barista.
• Skills Proven expertise in coffee making techniques and coffee machine operation.
• Language Proficiency in English (speaking and understanding).
• Attitude Must be well-behaved, smart, and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Hygiene Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, focusing on quality and consistency.
• Operate and maintain all coffee-making equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders) efficiently.
• Manage the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire café and serving area.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other café supplies.
• Interact with employees and guests in a well-behaved, smart, and professional manner.

The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate`s level of experience and skills.
