Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan to make accurate pattern for sample development, PP and Bulk Production to fill required capacity regularly.
∎ Make grading of pattern's dimensions according to their size specifications, ratio, and material.
∎ Make accurate markers during bulk fabric booking and Cutting as per buyer standard.
∎ Compare tech pack, Spec with buyer block and communicate with Merchant Team if there is any discrepancy.
∎ Ensure proper adjustment of pattern (if necessary).
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to management (if required).
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management as required.

∎ Age at least 30 years
