About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented CAD Engineer with strong experience in preparing CDA and Rajuk drawings and real estate project plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate architectural and structural drawings, ensuring compliance with CDA and Rajuk guidelines, and supporting project teams in the design and approval process.

Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for real estate and construction projects, including site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.

· Develop and update CDA & Rajuk-compliant drawings as per the latest building codes and authority guidelines.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.

· Modify and revise existing drawings based on feedback and authority requirements.

· Maintain proper layer management, dimensioning, annotation, and scaling in all CAD files.

· Assist in preparing submission drawings for CDA & Rajuk relevant authorities.

· Conduct site visits (as needed) to verify dimensions and ensure alignment between design and execution.

· Maintain drawing archives and version control for all ongoing projects.

· Support project approval documentation and ensure timely submission.
