The candidate should be technically sound in yarn construction, fabrics, washing, printing, cutting, sewing, trims & accessories.

Must be able to communicate with Buyer representative in either Arabic, Hindi or Urdu.

• Plan and execute buyer wise quality and fulfill buyer`s requirements.

• Follow up and execute and ensure overall quality requirements and timelines without fail.

• Monitor and control quality parameters as well as maintain data as per production.

• Ensure the quality standards of fabrics and accessories as well as cost reduction.

• Collaborate with floor incharge on all production related areas and assist in troubleshooting

• Ensure FRI inspection is compiled to Buyer inspection standard

• Conduct pre-shipment inspection and issue report

• Conduct in-line production check

• Work closely with Technologist/Merchandiser for product checking detail

• Ensure inspection report, on-site checking and related photos are properly documented

• Accurate and clear inspection reporting

• Take charge of overall of quality assurance functions of delivering products and responsible for the quality of the apparels produced

• Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects

• Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.

• Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following technical specifications (AQLs:Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with quality practices.

• Provide train and educate to quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the specifications

• Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
