• Production Management: Plan, schedule, and execute production targets while ensuring the smooth flow of goods from input to finishing.

• Production Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Planning Department to schedule daily production targets and ensure the floor meets deadlines.

• Line Balancing: Analyze the garment construction style to calculate machine requirements and allocate operators based on their skills to minimize bottlenecks.

• Workflow & Efficiency: Assign tasks to operators based on skill, manage the sewing line layout, and optimize production methods to reduce downtime.

• Quality Control: Monitor the inline quality, ensuring garments meet buyer specifications, and promptly address, correct, or analyze the root cause of high-rate defects. Oversee the daily operations of the sewing lines to ensure products meet company and buyer quality standards.

• Resource Management: Ensure that all input materials—such as cut panels from the fabric store, thread from the warehouse, and needles—are available to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.

• Team Supervision: Train and mentor the sewing production team, including operators and helpers, while conducting performance evaluations and managing discipline (attendance, lateness, etc.).

• Machine & Floor Maintenance: Ensure all sewing machines are in working order, coordinate with maintenance for repairs, and keep the production floor clean and organized.

• Technical Oversight: Work with the maintenance team to ensure all industrial sewing machines are in optimal working condition and implement SOPs for machine lubrication and cleaning.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to machinery, manpower, or quality immediately to prevent large-scale production defects.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of production efficiency and prepare regular reports for senior management regarding output and target achievement. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN USING ERP.

উৎপাদন ব্যবস্থাপনা (Production Management)

• উৎপাদন লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পরিচালনা: ইনপুট থেকে ফিনিশিং পর্যন্ত পণ্যের সঠিক প্রবাহ নিশ্চিত করে উৎপাদনের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পরিকল্পনা, নির্ধারণ এবং বাস্তবায়ন করা।

• পরিকল্পনা ও বাস্তবায়ন: প্রতিদিনের প্রোডাকশন টার্গেট ঠিক করতে এবং ডেডলাইন অনুযায়ী কাজ শেষ করতে 'প্ল্যানিং ডিপার্টমেন্ট'-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা।

• লাইন ব্যালেন্সিং: পোশাক তৈরির ধরন (style) বিশ্লেষণ করে প্রয়োজনীয় মেশিনের সংখ্যা নির্ধারণ করা এবং কর্মীদের দক্ষতা অনুযায়ী কাজ বণ্টন করে জট (bottleneck) কমানো।

• কাজের ধারা ও দক্ষতা: দক্ষতা অনুযায়ী অপারেটর নিয়োগ করা, সেলাই লাইনের লে-আউট পরিচালনা করা এবং কাজের অপচয় বা অলস সময় (downtime) কমিয়ে উৎপাদন পদ্ধতি উন্নত করা।

মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও তদারকি (Quality & Oversight)

• কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল: ইনলাইন কোয়ালিটি পর্যবেক্ষণ করা যাতে পোশাকগুলো বায়ারের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী হয় এবং কোনো ত্রুটি (defect) দেখা দিলে তার মূল কারণ খুঁজে বের করে দ্রুত সমাধান করা।

• রিসোর্স ম্যানেজমেন্ট: কাপড়, সুতা এবং নিডলসহ প্রয়োজনীয় সব কাঁচামালের সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা যাতে উৎপাদনের কাজ এক মুহূর্তের জন্যও বন্ধ না হয়।

• টিম সুপারভিশন: সেলাই দলের অপারেটর এবং হেল্পারদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া, কাজের মূল্যায়ন করা এবং শৃঙ্খলা (উপস্থিতি, সময়ানুবর্তিতা ইত্যাদি) বজায় রাখা।

প্রযুক্তিগত ও প্রশাসনিক কাজ (Technical & Admin)

• মেশিন ও ফ্লোর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ: সব সেলাই মেশিন সচল রাখা, মেরামতের জন্য রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ দলের সাথে সমন্বয় করা এবং প্রোডাকশন ফ্লোর পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও গোছানো রাখা।

• প্রযুক্তিগত তদারকি: ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল মেশিনগুলো যাতে সেরা অবস্থায় থাকে তা নিশ্চিত করা এবং মেশিন পরিষ্কার ও লুব্রিকেশনের জন্য SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) অনুসরণ করা।

• সমস্যা সমাধান: মেশিন, জনবল বা মান সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে বড় ধরনের ত্রুটি এড়াতে তাৎক্ষণিক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।

• রিপোর্টিং ও নথিপত্র: উৎপাদনের দক্ষতার বিস্তারিত রেকর্ড রাখা এবং নিয়মিত আউটপুট ও টার্গেট অর্জনের বিষয়ে ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা। ERP ব্যবহারে অবশ্যই দক্ষ হতে হবে।
