• 8+ years of experience in marketing & merchandising in the apparel/textile industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of garment production, costing, and supply chain management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand business opportunities
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing buyers.
• Manage the entire merchandising process, from order confirmation to final shipment, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate with buyers and vendors to optimize pricing, terms, and lead times.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the merchandising team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee order tracking, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Maintain clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the management.
