Job Context:
∎ We are a meat processing company looking for efficient butchers who can cut meats efficiently, assist & train junior staffs the same at our factory.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge of Cutting Skills, Hardworking, Honest and Energetic.
∎ The candidate must have similar experience working in restaurants or, any other marketplace.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cutting meats efficiently ensuring less spillage.
∎ Report any food spoilage/wastage/defected to the Floor In charge.
∎ Prepare all meats to the highest quality and within company guidelines.
∎ Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
∎ Establish and monitor portion sizes for cuts of meat.
∎ Ensure proper knowledge and skills of butcher, cut, bone, or grind all kinds of meat.
∎ Cut and prepare meats as specified by Floor In Charge.
∎ Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company requirements.
∎ Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment and tools, properly & safely.
∎ Factory operation will continue throughout the night till morning. Candidates having no issues working at night should apply
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Salary:
