Job Context:
∎ We are a Dhaka based Processed Meat Company looking for Energetic, Enthusiastic, Dynamic youth to handle a new challenging sales and marketing realm.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge of Communication Skill, Convincing Power, Hardworking and Honest.
∎ The contenders must have work experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors, but relevant sectors of Meat Processed Companies are counted as extra advantages.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ready to cope up the Challenge of Monthly targeted Sales.
∎ Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target.
∎ Expert in Develop online sale (Facebook marketing and others).
∎ Correspond with customers of Meat Products (Chicken, Bull, Mutton, and Other Birds).
∎ Make a Marketing Plan, Strategy to enter a market, forecast a marketing plan.
∎ Communicate with various Vendors, maintain Sales Book, Collection Cash.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the existing customer to retain as well as to gain new revenue.
∎ Constantly review and improve the various sales activity metrics which lead to sales growth.
∎ Set up phone conversations, meetings, on-site and online demonstrations/presentations, write proposals, and move the sales opportunities along the buying and selling process.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the management.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the team lead.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) Experience in respective area in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Driving Motorcycles would be preferable.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Sales and Marketing (if any).
∎ Able to implement a target-oriented sales plan.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Passionately committed to customer-oriented thinking.
∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be a self-motivated, dynamic and dependable.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and computer literacy would be an extra advantage.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary depending on capabilities.
Rich incentive/commission on sales target.
