∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales and Marketing, Showroom Sales and Marketing, Wholesale Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to Branch Manager.
∎ Develop & maintain strong business relationship with all influencer's and sales referrals.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Developing a balanced to find new customers.
∎ Reporting on all sorts of market competitors activities.
∎ Attaining category wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
∎ Allocation of credit with due diligence.
∎ To work as the key person of the show-room to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.
∎ Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gain attraction from potential customers.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Make sure that all reports (Daily, week ending, and month ending business reports) are submitted to head office in time by communicating with branch manager.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Enhance more revenue using upselling techniques, extended customer relationship and personalized service.
∎ Provide proper after-sales service to get a satisfied customer and create every customer database.
∎ Take an effective part for company's sales promotion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to correspond in written & spoken in both Bengali & English language.
∎ Computer Skills - MS Office, Email Communication & Internet.
∎ Candidates experienced on selling any product is mandatory.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Must be Target & result oriented.
∎ Willingness to serve anywhere inside/outside of the country.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Ability to work extra hour.
