যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা:
- POS সফটওয়্যার সহ অন্যান্য সফটওয়্যার চালানো সম্পর্কে বেসিক জ্ঞান (আবশ্যক)।
- বেসিক থেকে ইন্টারমিডিয়েট কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান।
- লাইভ ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন, ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট তৈরি ও মার্কেটিং সম্পর্কে বেসিক জ্ঞান।
- শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ, নেতৃত্ব ও নেগোসিয়েশন স্কিল।
- সেলস টিমের সাথে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা (অন্তত ১ বছর, সফটওয়্যার বা আইটি খাতে অগ্রাধিকার)।
Responsibilities & Context:
Sherazi IT – একটি শীর্ষস্থানীয় সফটওয়্যার, বিজনেস ডেভেলপমেন্ট ও আইটি সলিউশন প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান – আমাদের ডায়নামিক টিমে নতুন সদস্য খুঁজছে।
প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:
কল সেন্টার ও কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট:
Action Date এর Pending Data-তে কল করা।
প্রতিদিন অন্তত ৩টি অনলাইন মিটিং সেট করার লক্ষ্যে ১০০% প্রচেষ্টা।
Support Ticket চেক করে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান।
গ্রাহকদের জন্য ট্রেনিং সেশন আয়োজন।
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও কনটেন্ট মার্কেটিং:
সফটওয়্যার ভিডিও কনটেন্ট তৈরি ও প্রকাশ।
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় লাইভ ডিসকাশন ও কমিউনিটি ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন।
বিজনেস এডুকেশন কোর্স ডেভেলপমেন্ট।
ব্লগ কনটেন্ট লেখা ও প্রকাশ।
