Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Online Business Moderator to manage customer communications, handle incoming phone calls, respond to social media messages, and maintain accurate order records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and organized enough to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Attending customer queries and messages across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Record and confirm customer orders accurately.
- Maintain and update the daily order list in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide product/service information’s to customers and assist them with their needs.
- Report customer feedback, issues, or complaints to the management team.
