∎ MBA/Masters preferably in Marketing from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement business plan in line with distribution agreement to drive growth
∎ Identify growth and improvement opportunities and drive initiatives
∎ Recruit right field force, develop them and manage turnover
∎ Consult & get agreement with distributor for taking decision of any investment/financial matters
∎ Drive motivation & right discipline of staff/employees involved in business
∎ Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly maintaining right SCR and arrange for the proof of account transfer
∎ Manage regular expenses for business
∎ Integrate and coordinate OSDO operation with OSDO manager/in charge
∎ Ensure regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operation (bank officials, Labor & other union etc)
∎ Plan and execute business contingency plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Able to take challenge
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managerial role in FMCG industry
∎ Should have advanced knowledge in MS Office (Proficiency in MS Excel is compulsory)
