∎ Ensuring & managing Distributors network growth.
∎ Preparing Annual Operating Plan for business.
∎ Develop Distributors' sales team - guidance and planning.
∎ Planning & actions for increasing secondary sales.
∎ Inventories, cash flows and forecasting.
∎ Customer Connect & Value Addition activities in the Country.
∎ Ethics and business compliances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Industrial Sales for 8-10 years with Engineering background
∎ Establish the brand as one of the top 3 brands in industrial space within next 3 years in Bangladesh
∎ Ensure sustainable business growth in market share & profitability for both Company & Distributors
