Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring a target-driven Business Expansion Executive/ Jr. Executive to identify and secure commercial spaces for business expansion across Dhaka and nationwide.
Identify shops and vacant commercial spaces for rent/lease.
Conduct regular field visits inside and outside Dhaka.
Communicate and negotiate with building owners and landlords.
Submit property reports and achieve monthly expansion targets.
