∎ B.E in Instrumentation & MBA Degree in Business Administration is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and position Emerson solutions as the preferred choice for customers. Sales strategy and business development.
∎ Develop strategic plans with the management and global project heads to maximize business potential.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to engage customers. Actively participate in key account management.
∎ Develop internal sales processes and ensure effective proposals, regular follow-ups, and successful closures.
∎ Project pursuit leadership.
∎ Lead the project pursuits within the country.
∎ Actively participate in cross divisional project pursuit teams.
∎ Field sales activities.
∎ Work with the Sales Team to protect and penetrate installed base.
∎ Target competitive accounts for market share gain.
∎ Effective territory planning and sales team deployment.
∎ Targets.
∎ Plan/Set annual budgets/targets and ensure business goals are met at the year-end closing.
∎ Deliver regular updated analysis of business performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in any relevant field.
