যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতা:
- POS সফটওয়্যার সহ অন্যান্য সফটওয়্যার সম্পর্কে বেসিক জ্ঞান (আবশ্যক)।
- বেসিক থেকে ইন্টারমিডিয়েট কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান।
- লাইভ ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন, ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট তৈরি ও ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সম্পর্কে বেসিক জ্ঞান (অগ্রাধিকার)।
- শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ, নেতৃত্ব ও নেগোসিয়েশন স্কিল।
- CSE/BBA/MBA (Marketing) বা সমমানের ডিগ্রি থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
- সেলস টিম লিড করার অভিজ্ঞতা (অন্তত ১ বছর, সফটওয়্যার বা আইটি খাতে অগ্রাধিকার)।
Responsibilities & Context:
পদের সারাংশ: Sherazi IT দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় সফটওয়্যার প্রতিষ্ঠান, এমন একজন Business Development Executive খুঁজছে যিনি সেলস টিমকে নেতৃত্ব দিবেন, নিজে বিক্রয় কার্যক্রমে সক্রিয় থাকবেন এবং ব্র্যান্ড অ্যাম্বাসেডর হিসেবে বাজার সম্প্রসারণ ও ব্র্যান্ড ভিজিবিলিটি নিশ্চিত করবেন।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Sherazi IT তে সফটওয়্যার বিক্রয় ও ট্রেনিং প্রদান।
সেলস টিমের নেতৃত্ব ও পরিচালনা।
নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ সৃষ্টিতে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন।
ব্র্যান্ড অ্যাম্বাসেডর হিসেবে লাইভ ভিডিও, প্রেজেন্টেশন ও মার্কেটিং ইভেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ।
মার্কেটিং ও ডেভেলপমেন্ট টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় সাধন করে ক্যাম্পেইন পরিচালনা।
কাস্টমার রিলেশনশিপ ও ফলো-আপ নিশ্চিতকরণ।
সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন ও KPI রিপোর্টিং।
